Q: Do I have to be a Daybreak resident?
A: Nope.
Q: What are the hours the co-working space will be accessible?
A: Initially, the hours will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm for the open desks and cubicles. We anticipate expanding these hours if we see sufficient demand. For those that have offices or monthly reserved cubicles, 24 access will be available.
Q: What about holidays?
A: We will be closed New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
Q: What is “lounge only” access?
A: Lounge only access is access to the lounge and kitchen spaces with WiFi access. There are a limited number of lounge only reservations each day. It’s a great option if you need to socialize while still getting some work done.
Q: What about parking?
A: We have a limited number of garage parking spaces available. At this time, there is no charge for a parking space. You will be able to reserve one, on a first come basis, when you reserve your space. There is also parking available on the street and across Daybreak Parkway.
